Qualification Details:

1. Name of the Post: Senior Research Fellow

2. Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph. D. in Biotechnology/Genetics and Plant Breeding/Microbiology/ Bioinformatics/ Life Sciences

3. Desirable Qualification: Work experience in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology and Genomics

4. Emoluments: Rs. 28,000/- +HRA (having qualifications as per the guidelines of Govt. of India/ Rs. 21,840/- Consolidated (not having qualifications as per the guidelines of Govt. of India).

5. Duration: 11 months from date of appointment

Terms and Conditions

1. The above mentioned posts are purely temporary on the contractual basis i.e. 11 months from date of appointment or till continuation of scheme whichever is earlier. S. D. Agricultural University is not bound to provide any employment after completion of the period.

2. If the performance of selected candidate is not found satisfactory or misconduct, his / her services will be terminated without any prior notice even before the period for which he/ she is engaged.

3. In addition to the project work, selected candidate has to do work as assigned by unit head.  The candidate may download the Application Performa from university website www.sdau.edu.in

A Walk-in-Interview for the post of Senior Research Fellow on contractual basis under project sanctioned by Gujarat State biotechnology Mission (GSBTM), "Development of molecular diagnostic kit for detection of pathogens in potato and datepalm" is arranged on Date 12/06/2020 at 2:30 P.M. in the office of C. P. College of Agriculture, S. D. Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar, Dist. Banaskantha.

2. The candidates fulfilling above requirement are hereby informed to bring dully filled enclosed performa along with the brief resume and document of their academic qualifications, age, etc at the time of interview.

3. If candidate is not able to attend walk in interview due to lockdown, may request by mail to jyotikap@sdau.edu.in (on or before 11/06/2020) for attending interview through online mode.

4.
