Qualification Details:
One Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the DST-SERB funded Project "Developing multi-scale adaptation strategies for sustainable intensification of rice-wheat cropping system using APSIM model" will be recruited at IARI, New Delhi – 110 012
1. Position: Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
2. Salary: INR 31,000 per month + HRA
3. Essential: M.Sc. Agronomy/Soil Science /Environmental Science / Applied Microbiology or other relevant discipline of Agricultural Sciences with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade and NET/GATE or equivalent examination qualified as per DST-SERB guidelines (No. SB/S9/Z-06/2019, Dated. 23.04.2019)
4. Desirable: Experience of conducting field experiment and well versed with soil and plant nutrient analysis. Knowledge in computer applications, data organization/ management etc.
5. Project Title: "Developing multi-scale adaptation strategies for sustainable intensification of rice-wheat cropping system using APSIM model"
6. No. of post: 1
Age: Maximum age limit: For the JRF position 35 years for male and 40 years for female. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC is applicable as per Govt. of India/ICAR Rules

1. 2. The interview of eligible candidates will be held online on July 3, 2020 at 10.00 AM at the Division of Agronomy, IARI, New Delhi 110012.
3. Candidates whose near/ distant relative(s) is an employee of the ICAR/IARI has to declare it as per the format (undertaking) given below. Candidates having no near/ distant relative(s) working at ICAR/ IARI will also furnish the declaration. These declarations must be emailed to rsbana@gmail.com (Principal Investigator of the Project) along with the application form latest by 25.06.2020. If communicated or declared on the date of interview, candidate will not be interviewed.
