Qualification Details:
It is proposed to fill up a vacant post Of Assistant Finance & Accounts Officer at this Institute under promotion/pennanent absorption basis from the eligible candidates working in ICAR Institutes/Headquaner. The particulars of the post and eligibility are as given below:
1. Name of the Post: Assistant Finance and Accounts Officer
2. No. of Post: 01 (one) Unreserved
3. Pay Band + Grade Pay: Level-7 under 7 th CPC (Pre revised PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 +GP 4,600/-)
4. Eligiibility:
i. By promotion Of Junior Accounts Officer in Level 6 of 7th CPC(Pay Band -2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs.4200) with three years of regular service in the grade from Other Institutes/Headquarters Of the Council on permanent absorption basis.
ii. Failing above, by promotton Of Assistants having rendered 5 years Of continuous and regular service in the grade in level 6 Of 7 th CPC ( Pay Band -2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade Pay of Rs. 4200) and have qualified ICAR Audit and Accounts Exam conducted by the ICAR.
iii. Failing above, by promotion of Assistant having rendered three years Of service in the Grade Of Pay Band- 2, Rs.9300-34800 + Grade pay of Rs.4200 in the level 6 under 7th CPC and have qualified ICAR A&A Examination conducted by ICAR or Junior Accounts OtT1cer in the grade pay of Pay Band -2 Rs.9300-34800 + Grade pay of Rs.4200 in the level 6 under 7th CPC with two years of regular service, and having undergone successfully a two months training Programme at National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM), Faridabad and having qualified the examination based on the training, to be conducted by NIFM. Such training will be imparted only to those eligible candidates.
