The Director, ICAR-lndian Institute of Spices Research, Kozhikode invites applications from amongst the eligible candidates working at ICAR Institutes/Headquarters/Project Directorate/NRCs etc. for the following vacant Technical posts at this Institute on Inter-lnstitutional transfer basis. The particulars Of the posts and eligibility criteria etc. are detailed below:
1. Name of the post: Technical Assistant (T-3) Senior Library Assistant (Library, Information Documentation staff) for ICAR- 11SR, Kozhikode
i. Number of post/Category: UR-01
ii. Pay Level as per 7th CPC pay matrix: Level- 5
iii. Eligibility Criteria: Officials holding analogous post i.e 05 years regular service as Technical Assistant (T-3) Senior Library Assistant (Library, Information & Documentation staff) and they have fulfilled the requisite criteria as per council letter IV dated 19-03-2020.
2. Name of the post: Technical Assistant (T-3) Laboratory Technician (Laboratory Technicians) for ICAR-IISR, Kozhikode
i. Number of post/Category: UR-02
ii. Pay Level as per 7th CPC pay matrix: Level- 5
iii. Eligibility Criteria: Officials holding analogous post i.e 05 years regular service as Technical Assistant (T-3) Laboratory Technician and they have fulfilled the requisite criteria as per Council letter IV dated 19-03- 2020.
3. Name of the post: Technical Assistant (T-3) Technical Assistant (Field/Farm Technicians) for ICAR-IISR, Kozhikode
i. Number of post/Category: SC - 01
ii. Pay Level as per 7th CPC pay matrix: Level- 5
iii. Eligibility Criteria: Officials holding analogous post i.e 05 years regular service as Technical Assistant (T-3) Technical Assistant (Field/Farm Technicians)and they have fulfilled the requisite criteria as per Council letter IV dated 19-03-2020.

1. It is requested that the above vacancies may be circulated amongst the eligible and desirous candidates, if any, working at your Institute/establishment. The applications of only such candidates who can be relieved immediately in the event of their selection may please be forwarded to this Institute in the prescribed proforma which is enclosed herewith to the undersigned along with their up to date APAR dossiers for the last five years so as to reach this office on or before 31-07-2020.
2. A certificate to the effect that no disciplinary/Vigilance case is pending/being contemplated against the candidate may also be forwarded along with the application. Incomplete applications or those received after the prescribed due date or without CR dossier/vigilance clearance certificate will not be considered.
