Qualification Details:
Applications are invited for the following temporary post under the project titled “Hierarchically Designed Electrodes of Air Breathing Zinc-ion Batteries” (Project No. MM19201078SERB008280), in the Dept. of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering, IIT Madras. Co-ordinator: Prof. Ranjit Bauri, Dept. of Metallurgical & Materials Engineering,
1. Duration: Initially for a period of 1 year, extendable based on performance.
2. Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Basic Science or Graduate /Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course selected through a process described through any one of the following:
a. Scholars who are selected through National Eligibility Tests- CSIRUGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship ) and GATE
b. The selection process through National level examinations conducted by central government Departments and their Agencies and institutions such as DST,DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR,IIT,IISc,IISER etc.
3. Desirable: Research Experience in Batteries, Super capacitors
4. Pay Range: Rs. 31,000/-pm
Terms and conditions:
1. All the positions are on purely contract basis.
2. The completion of the period of contract will not confer any right for further extension, regularization, permanency at the Institute.
3. Separate application has to be filled for each post.

5. The application cannot be edited, reverted once it is submitted.
