Qualification Details:
Advertisement for the engagement of Consultants (6) and Research Associates (4) on Contract basis in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC). Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MOEF&CC) invites applications for filling up the posts of Consultants (6 posts) and Research Associates (4 posts) on payment of consolidated monthly fee of Rs. 60,000/- and Rs. 40,000/- respectively purely on contract basis in the IA Division of the Ministry.
1. Qualification & Experience:
i) B.E/ B. Tech or equivalent Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Masters Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Environmenta Sclence with a minimum 4-5 years Of experience in the environment management or pollution control in Thermal Power Plants or Thermal sector is desirable.
ii) B.E /B. Tech or equivalent Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Environmental Engineering or Masters Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Environmental Science with a minimum 4-5 years Of experience in the environment management or pollution control in metallurgical industry sector is desirable.
iii) B E / B. Tech or equivalent Degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineenng or Masters Degree in Civil or Environmental Science with a minimum 4-5 years of experience in the environment management Or pollution control in infrastructure projects or building and construction projects is desirable.
iv) B.E / B. Tech or equivalent Degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical or Mining or Environmental Engineering Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical or Mining or Environmental Science or Law with a minimum 4-5 years of experience in the environment mana ement or ollution control Industry / Mining / Infrastructure / Power sector.
v) B.E / B. Tech or equivalent Degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical or Mining Environmental Engineering Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical or Mining or Environmental Science or Law with a minimum 4-5 years of experience in the environment management or pollution control Industry / Mining / Infrastructure / Power sector.
vi) BE / B. Tech or equivalent Degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical or Mining or Environmental Engineering Master Degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical or Mining or Environmental Science or Law with a minimum 4-5 years of experience in the environment management or pollution control Industry / Mining / Infrastructure / Power sector.
2. Remuneration: Rs 60,000/- per Month.
3. Sector to be deployed: Thermal and RV, Industry-I, Infra-ll, Policy, Monitoring,Violation.
4. Number of post: 06.
Age: Age should not be more than 40 years as on 1st April 2020.
Important Note:
i) Candidates must check the eligibility conditions including the experience conditions before applying for the posts.

ii) Terms of engagement: -
a. The engagement to the above posts on contract basis in the Ministry Of Environment, Forest and Climate Change will be initially for a period of one year expandable up to three (3) years (one year at a time) subject to assessment Of performance of the professional and extension will be considered on a case to case basis with the approval Of the Competent Authority.
b. The contractual appointment would be on full time basis and the appointed person will not be permitted to take up any Other assignment during the period of engagement with the Ministry. As the post is temporary in nature and purely contractual, in no case any request for promotion or absorption as permanent employee shall be entertained.
c. The appointment will be purely on a temporary nature and can be cancelled at any time by the Ministry without assigning any reason whatsoever.
d. The detailed terms and conditions of engagement will be issued on the selection to the post.
