Qualification Details:
On the basis of medium chosen by the candidate, Interview in person Or Interview via video conferencing ( on MS team) will be held on 19.06.2020 from 10.3 A.M onwards at ICAR - IASRI , New delhi for the following posts running under corresponding projects. The appointment will be held on contractual basis and co - terminus with the project . The Incumbent shaal not have any claim for regular appointment under ICAR.
1. Essential Qualification: 03 years diploma after 10+2 in CS/IT/EC with 04 years experience OR BCA with 04 years experience OR B.Sc in CS/IT with 04 years experience OR Graduation with 01 year Computer Diploma with 04 years experience OR B.Tech in CSE/IT with 02 years experience in relevant field OR Master’s in Computer Science/Information Technology/Software Engineering/ Information Security/Computer Engineering/MCA/ M.Tech or equivalent in relevant field with 01 year experience OR Ph.D. in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Computer Applications or equivalent.
2. Desirable Qualification: Proficiency in Java and Services with C and Asp framework with C#, Javascript, SQL Servee, Experience in Android Mobile Application development and maintenance.
3. IT Professional-II: Rs.40,000/- per month with 3% annual increase over base salary.
Age: should be not more than 35 years (5 years relaxation for SC/ST/women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates) as on the date of the interview.
Instructions:
i) All candidates are requested to read carefully and abide by Instructions.
ii) Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination.
iii). The above positions will be filled on contractual basis and co-terminus with the respective project.
iv). No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in interview.
v). The candidate intending to visit for interview, if any of his near or distant relative is an employee of the ICAR/IASRI, have to declare his/her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in writing as detailed in ANNEXURE-III, before start of the interview (for those opting for Video-Interview, kindly also send the filled, scanned copy of the Annexure, if required).
vi). All the candidates are also required compulsorily to furnish the declaration as detailed in ANNEXURE-I and ANNEXURE-II) duly signed in the format annexed and submit on the date of interview.
vii). The total number of vacancies may vary depending on other project requirements, if any, on the date of interview.
vii). Candidates should produce the No Objection Certificate from their present employer, if any (for those opting for Video-Interview, kindly also send the scanned copy beforehand, if required).
viii). Decision of Director, IASRI will be final and binding in all respects.
ix) . Candidates having marks issued in the form of CGPA/OGPA should produced bring approved conversion table/formula at the time of reporting for interview, otherwise their candidature will not be considered.

How to Apply :
i) All candidates are required to kindly e-mail the scanned copies of their Resume(must include Mobile No.), documents (from matriculation onwards, B.Tech or M.Sc, etc.) regarding essential/desirable qualifications and other relevant certificates for the screening process to Prachi.Sahoo@icar.gov.in latest by 14.06.2020. They are requested to mention clearly the medium of Interview they are opting for (for Example: Interview in person or Via Video Conferencing through MS Team). Also, it is hereby stated that once the option is chosen, it will be considered final (as per discretion of the Competent authority). Document verification (with all the original documents and certificates) of the candidates opting for Video conferencing will be done at later stage whereas of those opting for In-person Interview will be done on the date of the Interview.
ii) Interested candidates opting for Interview-in-person are invited to appear for interview on 19.06.2020 at 10:30 a.m. onwards at ICAR-IASRI, Library Avenue, Pusa, New Delhi-110012, along with filled in application form with one passport size photograph and self attested photocopies of all the certificates/documents and declaration form (as per the format annexed). All the original certificates from matriculation and matriculation onwards, B.Tech or M.Sc certificate (as the case may be) must be produced at the time of interview in either original or provisional. Without these certificates, such applicants will not be allowed for interview. Candidates should submit one valid ID proof at the time of selection. No such candidate will be allowed to enter for the Interview after 11:30 AM.
