Qualification Details:
Recruitment of Engineering professionals on regular basis
1. Designation: Manager (Mechanical)
2. Minimum Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ BSc (Engineering) Degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial/Automobile Engineering
3. Pay Scale: (Rs. 60,000-1,80,000)
4. Minimum post - qualification experience: Candidate should possess minimum 8 years supervisory/ managerial experience after graduation in the field of core Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial/ Automobile Engineering industry. Candidates from Govt. Department, Central/ State PSU should currently be working in IDA pay scale of ₹ 50,000- 1,60,000 / CDA scale in Level 9 of pay matrix of 7th CPC; OR should have atleast 3+ years service in IDA pay scale of ₹ 40,000-1,40,000 / CDA scale in Level 7 of pay matrix of 7th CPC; or above; or; should have annual CTC of 12 LPA. (CTC clause is applicable only for Govt. Dept/ PSU where pay scales are not followed).
Age: Maximum 38 Years

Selection Procedure :
1. Selection Round, Venue & Date
a. Written Test, 6 different locations across India (Exact address shall be communicated to the candidates later)
b. Personal Interview (Subject to performance in Written Test): Venue for the Interview shall be communicated to shortlisted candidates.
2. The applications received shall be screened for eligibility. The candidates may be shortlisted for selection. The company reserves the right to shortlist the number of candidates for Interview out of eligible candidates. Based upon the performance in the Written Test, and fulfilling the conditions of eligibility; candidates shall be shortlisted for Interview.
